Faces still auto-suggesting contact even after that "Face" has been deleted

When you go to type in the name for an "unnamed" Face, as soon as you start typing, it begins to suggest names based on your Faces database, contacts and Facebook etc. However, the list of suggested names includes names of people who have been deleted from my Faces database, and aren't in my Contacts or on Facebook. Is there any way to stop it auto-suggesting these names that i've deleted? See the image below. The first two "Harry"s have been deleted from Faces, and they aren't in my contacts or Facebook, so why does iPhoto keep suggesting them? Using iPhoto 9.5.1.

It's ok, i've sorted out a work around. If you have photos labelled with the names you want to get rid of, "de-label" all but one of them, and then "merge" that person with one you want to keep by dragging their "Face" on the cork board onto the other face. You will then need to go into the Face you are keeping and remove the now incorrect label. If you have already removed the label form all the photos of the person you are trying to delete, just label a random face with that name, it will reappear on the cork board and then you can merge it with another face as before.
